Digestion brings together our Digestive Enzyme Complex tablets with five enzymes, Papain Enzyme 250mg capsules and lactase enzyme tablets in two strengths. You will also find fibre gummies with 3g of chicory root inulin, organic coconut charcoal capsules and two multivitamins. Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating; the beneficial effect is obtained with 1g which should be taken at least 30 minutes before and 1g shortly after the meal. Three of our charcoal capsules give 1,000mg. Chloride in our Women’s Multivitamins contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, and calcium in both multivitamins contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
