Flaxseed Oil brings together our flaxseed oil in two formats: 2,000mg softgels with a plant-based shell, where two softgels give 1,017mg of ALA, and organic extra virgin flaxseed oil in vegan LiCaps, where two capsules give 660mg of ALA. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.
