Alpha01 Multi Collagen Complex 2400mg is a daily multi collagen capsule with collagen from four food sources, grass-fed bovine, wild-caught fish, eggshell membrane and avian sternum, named on the pouch as types I, II, III, V and X. A four-capsule serving gives 2,200mg of hydrolysed collagen peptides, 120mg of hyaluronic acid and 5mg of BioPerine® black pepper extract, with 80mg of vitamin C and 50µg of biotin, each 100% of the NRV.
