Oregano is an intense herb that was originally native to the Mediterranean. The leaves of the plant contain an essential oil that is rich in polyphenols, including the terpenoids carvacrol and thymol. Each serving contains 150ml of pure oregano oil, which contains 92% of carvacrol and 3% of thymol.
