Alpha01 Organic 7 Mushroom Blend Powder puts seven certified organic mushrooms in one pouch, and a quarter teaspoon (1g) gives you 1,000mg of the blend. The panel lists 200mg each of reishi, cordyceps sinensis and lion’s mane, and 100mg each of white fungus, maitake, shiitake and chaga, and the ingredients list holds nothing else. The pouch front carries the EU organic leaf with the code CN-BIO-141 and the words 100% vegan.

Because the panel names no extract ratio, the 1,000mg per serving printed on the front is the weight of powder you stir in, not a mushroom equivalent. No Nutrient Reference Value exists for these mushrooms, so each line of the panel shows milligrams and two asterisks.
