Organic Blue Spirulina

Alpha01 Organic Blue Spirulina is blue spirulina powder from Arthrospira platensis, with one ingredient on the label: organic blue spirulina powder (100%). The pouch carries the EU organic leaf with the code CN-BIO-140, non-EU agriculture, and per 100g the panel declares 364kcal, 38g of protein, 53g of carbohydrate with 0g of sugars, 3.9g of fibre, 0g of fat and 2.7g of salt.

Blue spirulina takes its colour from phycocyanin, the blue pigment of spirulina, and it is a different product from our green spirulina powder, whose panel declares vitamins and minerals. The front prints High Protein and Fibre Source, and the 38g of protein and 3.9g of fibre per 100g are the figures behind them.
