Per 100g the panel declares 50g of protein, 122mg of iron (871% NRV) and 66.8mg of zinc (668% NRV), with 0g of sugars, which is why the front of the pouch reads High Protein and Sugar Free. A level 5g teaspoon gives you 2.5g of protein, 6.1mg of iron (44% NRV) and 3.3mg of zinc (33% NRV), worked out from the panel.
