Organic Lions Mane

Alpha01 Organic Lion’s Mane gives you 1,400mg of a certified organic 20:1 extract of the lion’s mane mushroom, Hericium erinaceus, in a two-capsule serving, 700mg in each vegan capsule. The panel shows the serving as 28,000mg of organic lion’s mane, the amount of mushroom that went into the extract, providing 700mg of polysaccharides, and the pouch front prints the same two figures and carries the EU organic leaf. The ingredients are the organic lion’s mane 20:1 extract (50% polysaccharides), a hypromellose capsule shell and organic brown rice flour.

A 20:1 ratio means twenty parts of mushroom reduced to one part of extract, which is how 28,000mg becomes the 1,400mg in two capsules, and half of that extract by weight is polysaccharides, long chains of sugars. Lion’s mane has no Nutrient Reference Value, so the panel marks it with two asterisks instead of a percentage.
