Spirulina & Chlorella

Alpha01 Organic Spirulina & Chlorella 3000mg is the 50/50 formula in a larger serving: six tablets give 1,500mg of organic chlorella with a broken cell wall and 1,500mg of organic spirulina, and the two organic algae powders are the only ingredients. The pouch holds 360 tablets, or 60 servings, and carries the EU organic leaf with the code CN-BIO-140.

The front of the pouch prints 3000mg per serving and 50/50, and the panel shows how that splits: 1,500mg of each alga, which works out at 500mg of blend in every tablet. The same kind of label, on our 2000mg blend, is read line by line in our guide Spirulina & Chlorella: Can You Take Them Together? A Label Guide, which also compares the blend with a single alga.

Take six tablets daily, preferably with food. At £13.99 for 60 servings this pouch works out at about 23p a day, and if four tablets a day suit you better, the 2000mg blend in 300 tablets gives 1,000mg of each alga at about 12p a day.
