Alpha01 Organic Turmeric & Ginger 1440mg is whole organic turmeric root, milled, with a little organic ginger and black pepper, in vegan capsules. A serving of two capsules gives 1,350mg of organic turmeric, providing 67.5mg of curcuminoids, with 80mg of organic ginger and 10mg of organic black pepper, making up the 1440mg figure on the front of the pouch. The turmeric powder is listed at 5% curcuminoids, followed by the hypromellose capsule shell, organic hemp flour, organic ginger powder and organic black pepper powder.

None of the ingredients in these capsules is an extract: the turmeric is the whole rhizome of Curcuma longa, dried and milled, and its 67.5mg of curcuminoids is printed on the front of the pouch as well as on the nutrition panel.
