Alpha01 Sunflower Lecithin 1200mg gives you 1,200mg of sunflower lecithin in each softgel, from the sunflower, Helianthus annuus, with the source marked Soy Free on the pouch front. No NRV has been established for lecithin, so the panel shows none. The ingredients are sunflower lecithin and a capsule shell of bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
Lecithin is a mixture of phospholipids, listed on food labels as E322. Its main source is soya, one of the 14 allergens UK food labels must highlight, whereas this pouch uses sunflower, which is not on that list.
