Vitamin B12 3000mcg drops hold 3,000µg of vitamin B12 in each 1ml serving, 120,000% of the NRV, as methylcobalamin in spring water with 0.1% potassium sorbate as a preservative. The 60ml bottle is a vegan liquid, and the front of the label calls the B12 the methyl vitamin form.
