Alpha01 Vitamin E 200IU gives you 134mg α-TE of vitamin E, 200 IU and 1,117% of the NRV, in one vegan capsule, as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, the natural form named on the pouch front. There are three ingredients, in label order: organic brown rice flour, the vitamin E and a hypromellose capsule shell.
