These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) and Alpha01, trading under Revive Naturals Ltd (Company Number: 14110896), with registered address at Unit 13, Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom.
By using the website https://alpha01.co.uk (“Site”) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this Site or place orders.
We may amend or update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our website after such changes will mean that you accept those updates.
In these Terms, “Goods” refers to the products offered for sale on the Site, and “Order” means your purchase request for those Goods. “Distributor” refers to Revive Naturals Ltd or any authorised party acting on our behalf. “UK” means the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. “Consumer Contracts Regulations” refers to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. “Consumer” means an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade or profession.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under these Terms.
All Goods are distributed by Revive Naturals Ltd and sold through Alpha01. Prices shown on our Site include free shipping within the UK. While we make every effort to ensure that all product information, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up to date, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any Goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm or cancel your Order.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you may choose to wait for it to restock or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance takes place only when your Goods are dispatched, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation. Title and risk in the Goods pass to you upon delivery.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept payment by debit or credit card and other payment methods offered on the Site. Charges on your card statement will appear as PIX*Alpha01, or as otherwise approved by Pixxles Compliance. If your payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon fulfilment centres and other approved logistics partners. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination but are typically within a few working days.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver your Goods within the estimated timeframe but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Please inspect your Goods upon delivery and report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours by contacting us at [email protected].
Under UK distance selling law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Goods, without giving any reason. To cancel, please email [email protected] before the 14-day deadline. Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to return the Goods.
Returned Goods must be in their original condition, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. You are required to take reasonable care of the Goods while in your possession and not use them beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned Goods.
All returned Goods must be unused and include all original packaging, labels, seals and accessories. Before returning any item, please contact us by email at [email protected] to request a Return Authorisation and shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you the return shipping label along with full instructions. Please repack the item securely in a protective carton or box to ensure it is not damaged during transit. You must return the Goods to us (or as we instruct) at your own cost, unless the Goods are faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive the Goods or proof of return, we will issue a refund within 14 days, or earlier if possible. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used unless otherwise agreed in writing. If any Goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may deduct an appropriate amount to reflect any reduction in value.
We reserve the right to deduct reasonable handling or restocking fees where returned items show signs of use or are not in original condition.
Certain types of Goods cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. This includes perishable items, food products, dietary supplements, vitamins, minerals, and any other ingestible goods that have been opened, unsealed or partially used. Goods that have been damaged, altered, or improperly stored after delivery are also not eligible for return.
You may, however, return these items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, sealed, and in resalable condition. If your Goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at [email protected]. You may return the items for a full refund or replacement, at our discretion. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from misuse or improper handling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all Goods are provided “as is”, and we make no express or implied warranties regarding their performance, fitness for purpose, or merchantability. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, or data arising from your use of the Site or Goods purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Our maximum total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant Goods.
All content, trademarks, images and materials appearing on this Site are owned or licensed by Alpha01 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
